I'm quite sure it's a combination of considering the cost of licensing, design development, manufacturing, and marketing that determine what cars are to be made. After all, DM in the business to create diecast cars. Their knowledge and experience level of this business is lightyears more advanced than ours and they're in it for the money. If DM thinks it will make money, they'll make it. If they think it won't make money, (or perhaps too risky) it will not be made. It's that simple.
