Message: Be more specific Scott. If just the hinge wore out a little CA glue will fix that. If it's a ....... ....dog leg then the model will have to come apart to tighten the screw; also true if a "scale hinge assy" became loose. Lastly, if a dog-leg attached (with press-rivets) to the inner door has loosen up then you must gain access to apply expoy putty. Any of this help? -Chris

Yup, you can take the car completely apart and then crimp the bracket. It doesn't work on all cars. by Frank Kocour #42147.2
