....dog leg then the model will have to come apart to tighten the screw; also true if a "scale hinge assy" became loose.

Lastly, if a dog-leg attached (with press-rivets) to the inner door has loosen up then you must gain access to apply expoy putty.

Yup, you can take the car completely apart and then crimp the bracket. It doesn't work on all cars. by Frank Kocour #42147.2
Try some Earthquake Putty (as they call it here in Calif ) or Museum putty. A small rolled by Steve Jacobs #42147.3
