Message: This is just a side comment about DM... all the top mgmt there is extremely customer friendly. I have had issues in the past addressed perfectly from the top. I have had questions where directors or managers would return calls. So no matter what happens they will have my support with my $$. The same can be said for many fine people that have worked for and still work for Franklin Mint.
