Message: David...trust me. I will never buy from FM again. It's been close to a decade since I have. If a company treats me well, I'm loyal to a fault and will remain with them. But treat me like crap, and don't back up your prodcut, and I'm done with them forever. Franklin Mint does not exist anymore in my world.
