Message: I'm with you on dealing DIRECT with TFM Even if they started to offer new models I wouldn't order direct. I'd go through any number of die-cast vendors who carry their product. YES in suppose I'm still buying it, but they screw up my account and it went to collections, not once, but TWICE. After thinking it was straightened out about 8 months go by only to get another letter stating I owe X amount of money and it went to new collection agency. Lucky for me I saved my letter from the first collection agency after I straightened it out saying that I owed ZERO BALANCE. The new company said "well if you have this letter and can fax it to us it would help and clear up what appears to be a debt with FM" All this because of overseas CS that didnt speak English and probably was pocketing some of the money!!!
