What a marriage they are indeed! I was waiting to see these two paired up together as the Franay was what IMMEDIATELY came to mind when I saw this car being announced as our next LECC. Great pictures of two real "lookers" I'm glad you have the original '47 Bentley as I cannot stomach the hood ornament on the LE version. Some think its beautiful, but I see a big GOLD blob SMACK in the middle of the hood. And some will argue ... "Yea but that's the way the car currently looks as the owner had this Hood Ornament commissioned etc.." Ok SO? Was the car MADE this way? NO. So if I put a Flying Goddess hood mascot on my 1966 Toronado will that make it ORIGINAL because I like it and that's the way the car currently sits? NO to both questions! PHEWWww there I vented
