Message: Supposedly because several refineries........ in California are closed while doing their yearly maintenance, and becuase they just like to charge more in that state. In Washington and Oregon, prices are ridiculous because of a fire in one refinery a few months ago, and it was ready to restart but the powers that be halted that a few weeks ago, no reason given. I think the answer for the entire west coast is simply - "GREED". (JMHO)
