Truck lovers are so lucky that there are enough people out there willing to spend the time and money to restore these esoteric behemoths. Although interest is high, the resale demand is relatively low and transportation costs can be super-high, so these men are doing it strictly out of passion and committment rather than any expectation of profit.
Those guys are heroes to me.

Thank-you also for the ATHS info on the last series. It looks like there's a show in Liverpool NY (near Syracuse) upcoming that may be a good one for me, as well as an Antique Truck Club of America show in August (17-19) a short distance away in Madrid NY (near Ogdensburg)......an hour and a half or so away, depending on border crossing times.
