Message: Phil....speaking from experience, and I know where you are coming from, parking in the breakdown was/is a deterent, to speeding, wreckless driving etc...the officers are giving wake up calls to be alert, put on your directional, and do the best you can. I lived in NY (Westchester and Nassua), and worked in the city. I do know where you are coming from. At this time I can only relate to Calif back in the day (before the law), and now in Mass. and NH.
