On this point, it would be interesting to look at both original retail prices and sales volume for
each of the two models. A quick online search indicates that only 679 of the '53 Roadmaster Estate Wagons were produced, whereas the T & C production was 1,242 units. Since the Buick was the industry's last wagon with structural wood in the bodies, I'm confident that these were quite expensive, but would like to know how pricing compared with the T & C.
