Bruce - I believe it was used by Oldsmobile from 1951 to 1955. (EOM) by Joe Malaney #44002.1.1

Pretty Sure it is a 1953 Oldsmobile Hood ornament. 51-52 doesn't have Jet engines at end of wings. by David Hosea #44002.2
