Message: Interesting that 95% of the German collectors have grey hair... most of the collectors in the UK don't have much hair at all! As for models it's almost a 'less is more' situation. There are not as many high-end or artisan white metal models around but there are far more excellent cheap diecasts. Copying is rife, even more so than it used to be, and it's strange that several makers will produce the same new model at once. There is no doubt though that as a collecting breed we're all getting older and younger people are collecting other things. Anyone want an old cranky mobile phone?.... on second thoughts, hang on, I'm still using it!
