Got my 39 Mercury convertible at the same time as well. I too
am old enough to appreciate the cars of the thirties...my first car was a 1937 Studebaker Dictator sedan which I bought in 1953 for $25.00. I particularly like anything art deco from the thirties including buildings (Empire State and Chrysler) to cars of all kinds.
