Mark, Minichamps interest in American cars is minimal.
The Ford Anniversary series was commissioned by Ford and a number of those models were redone in different colors as part of the MC lineup.

JFK limo was re-issued as recently as June 2010, so molds should still be available by Andrew Davies #13952.3.1.1.1.2
