Hello Kaz, here is brief info, though.......
I really don’t want to or need to go into any details at length. Unfortunately the information the dealer supplied you with is incorrect, and untrue.ATC was contracted to produce 150 Siata models for my company, and more, IF the quality was good and demand was enough. There was NEVER any order placed for 300 models. Their claim is simply ridiculous.I accepted and paid for 165 models, plus I paid for additional samples with mistakes, with a lot of excuses, apologies, and promises from ATC. There was never any attempt at all by ATC to get any payment for “the rest” as you wrote. ATC screwed up and we, CMA fulfilled our commitment. The Siata models are produced 100% solely from, and based on all of my extensive research, my contacts within the automotive field, my drawings, my measurements, my photographs, my purchase of historic photos, etc, etc.The Siata models they are selling now they have NO legal right to sell. We have filed a formal complaint with eBay, and have all the required information and paper trail to back up our complaint. ATC failed to fulfill their part of what they were contracted to do, and should just move on as I have tried to.Kaz, I hope this answers all of your questions, and as I stated at the beginning, I don’t want to, nor will I go into any more detail here. If you want some more detailed information addressing more of what you chose to post, then contact me at: info@cmamodels.com. Enough has been written, and too much time has been wasted with this. That said, if you like the various ATC models, then buy them! Buy and collect what YOU like and enjoy them. If you like the seller/dealer, then that is great too.
