Message: The man behind Victory Models is Ray Paskiewicz. Ray was responsible for a variety of very nice 1/43 models under the Victory and La Familia names. I believe the models were produced by CCC in France. Sadly, production of the model line ceased a few years ago and they are getting harder to find. The other day one example, a Nash Suburban, sold on eBay for over $800!
