Another classic produced by the Danbury Mint.  The color combination, black with tan interior, is a Corvette classic.  The classic Corvette pop-up headlights, hood grills, split window, and rear gas cap are all Corvette trademarks.  A great job by the Danbury Mint and an absolute must for the Corvette collector!!!

This is a "must have" in my book.  This overused phrase is appropriate here because: 1)No other 63 Coupe comes close to the level of detail found here and that includes all three tfm issues, the sad Red one from ages ago, the silver update with oversized tires and extremely high ride height, ditto the blue LE and white LE - will tfm ever put glass in the vent windows!!! AAARRRGGG. WAKE UP. 2) The black/tan combo really looks classy.  While I like the Blue/tan combo of fm's it still has other problems - see above. 3) Finally, quality control is much better than fm. Period.

I have deducted half a star for the dogleg door hinges, but apart from that all is to the high standards we expect from DM, and it knocks FM's red version into a cocked hat.

Don't know why I didn't pick up this little gem sooner. Although this Vette has been around for 10 years, it is still one of DM's nicest and loaded with details.

Ditto to all comments made by Jay Engel.  I was especially impressed with the engine department detailing.  My opinion? Exquisite! Aside from the tire/wheel combo being a tad small, the undercarriage is brown plastic instead of black as it should be.  Other than that, I'm very happy with the purchase.
