I just received my maroon PM 1950 Ford Crestliner and it is very nice model for the money. The shiny paint is smooth, with no imperfections. The side windows are "up" all around, a nice touch I wish DM would do. The vinyl top is very convincingly done and looks excellent. All the chrome on this model are actually seperate chrome pieces,  everything from the window surrounds, wipers, bodyside chrome, center hood trim, rear fender mouldings, trunk hinges, to the roof drip rails, the door handles and locks, to the detailed hood and trunk Ford emblems, I don't see a single silver paint application anywhere! There are also NO gouges in the chrome pieces due to hastily cutting them from their sprue tree.  The doors open on realistic hinges and the door side chrome lines up perfectly, with no door gaps. The head and tailights, fog lights and backup lights are clear, orange or red plastic, no paint used here either. Inside the carpeted interior, the seats are pinstripped and look very nice. There's a headliner and the door handles and cranks are seperate chrome pieces also. The trunk isn't carpeted,  but instead has a grooved "mat" on the trunk floor. The whitewall spare tire is removeable. There is also a working suspension all around with nicely detailed undercarriage. The engine is detailed, with hoses and wires. This is a EXCELLENT model for the money and is close, if not par, with Danbury's beautiful Crestliner, except this one is a LOT less money. This has got to be the 1:18th model of the year, it's that good. Well done Precision Miniatures!
