The general appearance of the car is awesome. The orange-red finish is just as I remember it with all of the appropriate "JUDGE" badging and special graphics, all looking proportional. The headlights swivel into the grill and disappear completely...beautiful touch. The roof on my car had a very minor abrasion which is easily acceptable. The black interior is complete with seatbelts, wood-grained dash, floor mats, adjustable visors, tiny stationary door locks and folding bucket seats. The interior detail is superb, down to the Hurst "T-Bar" shifter.

Door gaps were minimal, but I would have liked to see an adjustable antenna. This one is stationary on the passenger front fender. All the chrome trim on the car is thin, tight, and proportional, especially around the wheel wells. The spare tire is covered and removable. The hood opens by pressing a small button beneath the front shock absorbing, body-color bumper. Under the hood is a wired, detailed 400 cu. in. RAM AIR III with chrome rocker covers. It looks like it is ready to scream down the 1/4 mile in 14 sec.

If I had to find a flaw, it might be in (2) quite minor "sink-marks" in the rear package tray which can be seen through the rear window. If it were slightly more textured the sink marks would have been easily hidden. Don't get me wrong, these are really minor. The car is an awsome reminder of our muscle-car past while continuing to maintain Danbury's most recent "quality and detailing" successes. A must for all collectors. The issue price is $109 + $5.80 S&H. (08/09/1998)

To be retired 6/30/2003.
