DM's DODGE TRUCKS always seem to be their best effort and this '46 POWER WAGON is absolutely no exception. Conceived during WW2 and hatched at the dawn of post-war America, this is the original "BAD BOY" pick-up; the first 4x4 no-nonsense, knobby tired "attitude" trucks. This one comes with all the features we expect from DM with fit and finish that won't disappoint. The Submarine Green over Black paint is as you would expect and the chrome POWER WAGON and DODGE logos set this one off well. The working front bumper mounted winch is a great touch as are the 3 different tow and function hook ups. Operating suspension is a little tight (probably like the 1:1 scale) and the windshield pops open for ventilation. This is a great model....it's so ugly, it's handsome and it oozes charisma. The issue price is $112 + S&H from DM.....5 Stars. (12/05/1998) (12/05/1998) |
