This a 1/24 Bburago kit (cod.5121). It's cute, has great paint with Cartograf transfers. Although the Rothman name has been replaced with "Racing", the overall scheme as well as the Rothman crest is recognizable. The wheels provided are the late prototype discs that the 959 debuted in rather than the O.Z. 5-spoked wheels this car raced in. It is, of course lacking in the jacked up suspension that the Paris to Dakar race required.
The engine is a real disappointment being more stylized than accurate, but the cockpit is well done. My only complaint there is the lack of separate inner door panels, Although the door castings are 3-D, they obviously are lacking in depth with the doors open. Also, to my eye, the outer dimensions appear off. When placed side-by-side with the Motorbox iteration, the Bburago body although correct in length is too narrow in width. Although this kit is a relatively new release, it was built on old tooling that doesn't compare with their newer releases. If you collect in 1/24, it is the only show in town to date.
