This is an example
of getting the most
from a mold...the
racing variation of
the 1st CM
model.....the
renowned Ford
Cobra 427 street
version. Finished in
Guardsman Blue Metallic, white racing stripes, white wheels
with gold knockoffs, this model is a knockOUT!!! The interior
is completely detailed even down to the correct harness/seat
belts, the fire extinguisher, the large wood rim steering
wheel...and those wonderful instruments...a CM trademark.....
These two Cobras are probably the best diecast models of this
legendary vehicle...their detail is absolutely on a par with
anything in their class. The original model, a street version
finished in Rangoon Red (a '62 Ford Factory color)sold out
within its first year of introduction (1990)...that model fetches as
much as $300 MIB today.
