Well, kids, here's another offering from Exoto that will knock your socks off. Every new issue from Exoto seems to build from the previous in the pursuit of perfection creating a true miniature. It seems that every part of this car was hand finished. Even the plastic parts are virtually flash-free and sprue points invisible. It's almost as if every part was hand chased before assembly as you would find in a hand built model going for ten times the price. The fit and function of the operating panels are a marvel of precision. The depth of detail, textures and the use of multiple media are a joy to behold. The car is fulley glazed with the most distortion free plastic windows I've ever seen
The Avus Galaxy paint, which has a chrome green base that swings from a manganese brown on one end to a greenish gold on the other, is complimented by the gold toned wheels with huge low profile Dunlops. Put this all together and you've got one mean street machine. As a model. I don't know how one would rate this....it's really a standard by which you would rate others.
