GMP has a uniquely different concept in diecast modeling in this offering. Beauty isn't just skin deep here, it goes all the way down to the chassis. And you can prove it with this model. Packaged so that the body is levitated above the running gear, you can see that you're in for some fun as you open the box. You're first struck with the ample detail in the chassis, roll cage and drive train assembly. Then moving up to the diecast body and separately packed hood, you're met with smooth paint and freshly crisp graphic artistry in red, white and blue. Olympic athlete Bruce Jenner, raced this car and racked up some impressive records. The car too, was a mighty impressive athlete in its own right.
The replica can be displayed with or without the body in place. Four enclosed screws hold it secure. The wheels and engine compartment show off tremendous detailing. So too, does the rear chassis section and driver's area. This series of cars will no doubt be a big success for GMP in their Road Racing Classics diecast segment.
