The Luxury die-cast second new model is the 2009-2010 Chevrolet Suburban Presidential Edition. When the President is not using the Presidential Limousine, he will be riding in one of the Chevrolet Suburbans outfitted with the U.S. flag and the Presidential flags on the front fenders and with Presidential seals on both rear doors. The vehicle would, normally, be so decked out only with the President of the United States on board.
The model measures 5.5 inches long, 1.75 inches wide and 1.75 inches high in keeping with the dimensions of the real vehicle. It is finished in black with a black interior. Both front doors open to show the interior detail. The front seats are divided by a console and second and third row seats are included. The exterior includes a roof rack, running boards, and all usual lights.
The non-opening rear doors are well scribed and the shut lines appear similar to those on the opening front doors so as not to spoil the integrity of the looks of the model. The chassis is detailed including the spare tire space in the rear. All four wheels roll freely. The only possible disconcerting note is, like on the limousine, the open front door windows.
