This is a model of the New electric Ford TH!NK. Club member Lew George passed this information on to me as this model is not available yet in the states, and yes you read the scale correctly 1:37. Lew goes onto mention that the actual car has been available in Europe for the past two years.

Also, he had the opportunity to handle the model and noticed that it has a spring motor in it, pull it backwards and it winds up a spring that catapults it forward.
