The black Rolls Corniche was issued largely in Japan to commemorate the marrriage of the Crown Prince in 1993. The Japanese models had sequentially numbered license plates and a scale appropriate flag which could be placed in a hole added for that purpose. The model also has Imperial Crests on the doors and bumpers.
