It is with a heavy heart that I announce the death of good friend, Jay Olins..
Jay was born on November 17, 1935 and passed away on Wednesday, July 4, 2018.

I've known Jay for over 20 years and have spent quality time with him on a few occasions that will live on forever in my mind.

Jay was Vice President of Legal and Administration at Intelligent Optical Systems, Inc. Jay was a resident of Los Angeles, California at the time of his passing.

Services were held at Mount Sinai Hollywood Hills - Mount Sinai Chapel. Service Date: July 8th 2018 at 5950 Forest Lawn Drive Los Angeles California, 90068. 1-800-600-0076
