George, these are by Trax. They produce inexpensive diecast models.
A better quality model of the same FX and FJ Holdens were at one time offered by Biante in 1/24, but at more money. These were realeased some time after Trax released theirs. Early Trax were pretty rough, however, by the time they produced these two Holden models they had improved considerably.
If memory serves, Bianti had some connection with Minichamps on the manufacturing side, but I may be straying out of my correct recall zone in saying that.
