Have to figure out where the wheels separate - under the wheel cover similar to a real car? Or do the wire halves separate? Or separate center cap that coveres screw?

This may be sacrilege to some, but when removing a full wheelcover, I try to remove the tire from rim if I can. On back of wheel under where tire will hide it, I will drill a 1/16" hole, usually at the junction of the center rib and flange. Then can pop the wheel cover off without digging into the face of the wheel and cover.

Good luck.
