I won't presume to answer for John. I love both, but there's no doubt that
Neo captured the shape and form of the '60 more accurately than WMCE rendered the '59. The '59 is a charming model, derived from the old Western Models tooling, but my sense is the style does not precisely replicate the '59 Buick.

My principal complaint with the Neo is that the bright metal detailing around the rear window is very fragile, and, naturally, it lacks the heft of the metal WMCE model.
