[PICS] Side-by-side comparison
Here is the Neo (correctly described as a Cadillac Superior ambulance)

and here is the so-called "Miller Meteor" (still with the "Superior" badge on the rear flanks)

The main bodywork apart from the roof treatment looks very similar but not identical, the B and C pillars look thinner and flatter on the Neo and rather heavier and more curved on the Ixo. My first thought was that the tailfins might be somewhat exaggerated on both models, but having taken another look at photos of the 1:1 '59 Caddy, maybe they aren't so far off the truth.

MCW describe the "Miller-Meteor" as being made by SpecialC (which is an Ixo brand name) and currently have it on offer reduced from US$24 to US$9.50. The Neo goes for US$90. Ten times better?
I don't think so.
