I find myself doing something similar. Though I keep both sizes. One to post and the other
to fool with when I have the energy as in cropping, reversing etc. As I use both Mac and Internet Explorer and am more used to Internet explorer for my editing that's what I usually use with my desktop. Mac is my daily laptop in my office and haven't quite got the hang of all that can be done yet.
