Oh WOW !!! GLM's doing the unique Cadillac Roadster prototype too !!!
This Cadillac is a one off. It was created for Harold “Bill” Boyer who was the executive Vice President of Cadillac Military Manufacturing at the time. Designed by Harley Earl, the Vice President of GM styling who influenced the look of American cars from his day to the present, the car has several features still found on top-of-the-range cars, like the convertible top that folds into a metal boot.

This car was 10 inches shorter than the other Cadillacs at that time but I am not sure that GLM has managed to do that especially if this model is based on the other convertibles.

Details look awesome though, this Cadillac roadster is from 1952, recognizable by the hood gold Vs and wing scripts under the headlights that sets the car appart from 1951. These gold details commemorate the 50th birthday of the brand.

Only Claude Thibivilliers, founder of ELEGANCE models, had made this version decades ago.

It's a great idea from GLM, a great model to have for Cadillac lovers !.

Yes taste varies for sure. My interest drops dramatically after 1972. (EOM) by Jack Dodds #26225.3.2.1

I completely agree with you, it is a pity that only the ancient version of Rio exists. (EOM) by Ralf Buyer #26225.5.1.1

Yes, a slightly more modest pace would help. (EOM) by David Crowe #26225.5.2.1
I think they should focus on the 1960s decade myself. A great era for Cadillac. (EOM) by Jack Dodds #26225.5.2.2
