is incidental to most collectors. Values have risen and fallen nomatter what material they are made from. Unpredictability seems to be the watch-word. I've noticed old white metal kits have begun to rise in value in some cases, not all. Some subjects such as land speed record cars still command high prices, both the older white metal ones and the newer resin versions. Like everyone else I've never viewed collecting as a money maker, more a money pit!
