Hi Mike, the first bicycle made by Thomas Humber was in his house at ….
65 Northumberland Street, Nottingham in 1868. Unfortunately, now demolished as part of the ‘modernisation’ of the St. Ann’s area in the 1970’s.

Humber moved location several times within the City of Nottingham until he moved to a new factory in Beeston in 1878. Which you correctly state is outside Nottingham.
