So many of the Chinese resins clearly demonstrate that the designers have never seen the car in person, just in pics. With an actual car in hand to go all over and under with measuring devices and cameras leaves nothing for an unfamiliar designer to fill in. Time and expense to do this raises the cost but the model is virtually perfect.

And as you just demonstrated, it gives a much better tale to go along with the car, too. Thanks very much for sharing.
