Tucker memories
All this coverage of a black Tucker has stimulated some of my boyhood memories. I remember seeing numerous Tuckers parked around the Court building in downtown Chicago circa 1948. I walked around the block a couple of times lugging my 120 bass accordion (I took lessons at Wurlitzer weekly)admiring them. I don't recall the colors or if there was a black one. However, I did later discover a picture of that event in Quentin Wilson's "Classic American Cars". Unfortunately, it is not in color. It does serve as confirmation for me of a picture only in my mind now.
