Fred Lewis - your 1954 Ford and hobbyDB
Fred, thanks for your reply below. I would love to add your other 1954 Fords to hobbyDB. Did you know David Wright has added your profile to hobbyDB, based on his book from 2011? Very nice write-up! That's why there is a photo of your Skyliner there as well.

HobbyDB Fred or https://www.hobbydb.com/marketplaces/hobbydb/subjects/fred-lewis-designer

If you email me photos I can post here and on hobbyDB. Or post the here yourself also is an option, if you like.

Rationale - I feel like I an helping preserve the history of our hobby. This forum is great but posts and photos roll off the end and are hard to find months/years later. Same thing for Facebook groups on 1/43. HobbyDB is different because it is a database and not a discussion group. Things there are easy to search for and find. Collectors can add their own items and also look to see what they are missing. I am acting like an unofficial historian, I feel, and try to add rare/unusual items when I see them.

Examples: David H posted some RAMIs here and wrote a full article on them for MAR Online. I copied all his RAMI photos to hobbyDB so we have a full record of all RAMI production now. A long time ago, John M 'JCarnutz' gave me permission as well to post his unusual or old items.

If you give me permission, I will copy over any photos if they are not already there of any 'historically significant' items. (Minichamps is officially there and I don't feel like documenting every Neo, Matrix, Kess, etc that comes out.)

Sorry for the long rambling post, but I wanted to make everything transparent.
