I didn't repaint them but added extra detail (like blacking out the grilles) to both that the factory built ones didn't have. Most of the side trim on the Desoto is original but I had to add pieces to the rocker panels so I could foil them and make it look correct. I redid all the trim on the Chevy as it was just done with silver paint. I also changed the wheels on the Chevy as it was missing hubcaps.

Are these upgraded - or just returned to factory fresh? Great cars! (EOM) by Karl Schnelle #27237.1

I think Kagers were reissued Vitesse (made in Portugal)? (EOM) by Karl Schnelle #27237.2
No, Kagers were transkits for various Vitesse, but maybe some were sold built. (EOM) by Harvey Goranson #27237.2.1
Harvey is correct and yes some were sold built. (EOM) by Rich Pendleton #27237.2.1.1
Ones I have seen for sale were built and in a window box! (EOM) by Karl Schnelle #27237.2.1.1.1
