The forgotten Lincolns
The Lincoln Zephyr was no more. I don't know why, but when WWII ended, they were just plain Lincolns. Of course, the Continental remained, but FOMOCO was biding their time, to bring out the completely redesigned products of all three divisions. First, was the Lincoln, a totally new 1949 model in mid 1948.
They didn't sell many of these, but I like them very much. The hubcaps, would make these 1946 models, but they were sold as 1948. These were the last models Mike Stephens of Western Models, produced before retiring and closing down his company. My Invoice is dated August, 2007.

The Shell Station is a NOREV cold casting. I added the gas pumps, by Vitesse.
