If you would like to zoom in on a page permanently, click the three dots in the far upper right of your screen. On some browsers, they may be horizontal.

This will open a menu panel where you can see the zoom settings. Set the zoom to whatever magnification you prefer and the next time you open that site, it will open at that zoom setting.
