plant in Canton, Mississippi is 17 miles from my home. It provides some 6,000 jobs with good pay and excellent benefits. In addition, the suppliers provide another 8,000 jobs. Toyota has a plant in Blue Springs Mississippi which employs another 4,000 people along with it's attendant suppliers. Nowhere is GM, Ford or Chrysler represented in this state.
