BAM Hawk & Highway Travelers Lark

"...it is the Lark that HT is redoing and not the Hawk (I already have a Bruce Arnold version of that - much better than the prototype we ogled & debated over at Strictly 43rd last March)."

I'm assuming you mean the 1958 Packard Hawk. I would've loved to have heard that debate - no doubt scrutinizing one of the early pre-production versions which Illustra fumbled. Fortunately, the production models were much closer to the original master pattern.

I'm glad to hear Highway Travelers is re-issuing the Lark. Although the original is a nice model, I hope they correct the windshield and add more detail to the interior. But it's probably too much to ask that they fix the width - a little too wide.

The one in this photo has been detailed by BAM.
