Andy, everyone will always know where I stand. I don't sugarcoat things. The reason I take heat is
that I'm honest and up front. I don't lie, cheat, or steal. When I believe in a cause, I'll fight hard for it, and equally as hard against it if I don't believe in it.

I have always told people what they may need to hear, not what they may want to hear. When you ask my advice, I'll give it to you, and I'm not offended if you don't take it. I learned long ago that "the easiest thing to give is advice, but it's also the least likely to take".

I never lie. I learned from my grandma at age 8, that "the truth can run around naked, but a lie needs to be covered up". When someone does wrong, don't lie. When you lie, you lose all credibility with me. For me, a lie is worse than the wrong one has committed.

Most often I find things to be either "black or white", and am wise enough to know that when we get stuck in the "gray" area's we often solve nothing.

And most importantly I always accept credit or blame for any and all of my actions. If I'm wrong, I'm the first to admit it.
