I had a 24 Dodge Phaeton 4 DR. It was a really big car
and heavy and only had brakes on the rear wheels. Pressure was applied from a steel rod attached to the brake pedal and a leaver on the rear axle. Pressure on the rod would bend the rod so pressure was limited and there was no hydraulics. If you wanted to stop you had to plan ahead.I did not keep it long as I like to drive my older cars.
