We can't see the rear of the car in the second photo, but my assertion
that it's a retractable is based on the location of the fuel filler door, which I think was different than that of the convertible, and the fact that the first pic of the Ford shows a car with a vinyl top boot whereas the second one has a metal boot which was a feature of the retractable.

I'm sure that they're not the same car because the wheel covers are different (although they could have been changed) but more importantly the car in the top pic has a radio antenna on the RF fender and the bottom car doesn't. Rear bumpers appear different, too.

I'm sticking to my claim that the top one is a Sunliner and the bottom one a Skyliner.
