Brooklin Diaries for Jun 5
"Hello and welcome to this week’s blog. Another busy and productive week crafting models for our collectors around the world. Come and take a peek inside the factory.

PATTERN MAKING – SARAH
The BML 30, Cadillac Limousine, is nearly ready. Sarah is pouring a resin compound into moulds.
These are the resin forms for the windows to be vac-formed over.

SMALL PARTS CASTING – ANDY B
BRK 215, 1947 Buick Wildcat, baseplates awaiting paint.

SMALL PARTS CASTING – MARK R
The hub caps for the BML 30 Limo are very small and take up very little space. Having to leave them on the sprue for painting unfortunately takes up a LOT of space.

SMALL PARTS CASTING – JIM
These little ‘top hats’ are some of the mounting blacks for our models. Jim is knocking the air gates off with a sanding block.

PAINT ROOM – TIM
Various models primed and ready for a colour coat. Maybe we should do a ‘Grey Collection’.

PAINT ROOM – BOB
LOOK! See, we said the BML 30 was nearing completion. Here is the proof, bodies are being sprayed right now."

Thanks JK! Did you notice the rare 1947 Buick Wildcat? I've pointed out the typo to Martyn! (EOM) by John Roberts #42687.1
