Depends on scale and other factors.
Generally $150 for 1:24 but I've paid a lot more for rare models I really want. For 1:18 it's around the same unles it's a nice Exoto Corvette GS or Daytona Coupe when I'll go much higher. In 1:43 about $60 or $70 unless it is a model deserving of more like Esvals and Brooklins or pro-built BBRs and such. I have a couple 1:43 models I paid over $250 for. And in 1:12 I pay a bit more but I love all the JRL/Anson Vipers and they cost a bit.
