Eat this before you go.....or....what FOOD have you been putting off buying/trying?
If you`ve perused my posts, you may know that I exist on a modest budget.

Regardless of this,I get a bug up my A** from time to time. One that goes something like this:"If I don`t try it/buy it/use it now, when will I ever get the chance?".

... "Eating well is the best revenge"..I read this somewhere,or mis-remembered it to suit my purposes...that really doesn`t matter....

We all have our own justifications for spending zonko money on extravagant things....I tried this remarkable cheese a few years back. Now,despite a beans and rice budget,I hope to never be without it...namely: Red Cow (Vacche Rosse) Parmigiano-Reggiano.....it is to me,the pinnacle of dry aged cheeses.....

What food have you taken into your lives as a reward for lasting so long,or with the mindset of : "Hell,I`ll be dead soon enough,I`m gonna have some damn (name your top-shelf food)"
